Like the Thejo-Duvallestinian nations before it, the K-XIII-T is located on the border of the U.S. states of Virginia and West Virginia. It is split up into thirteen mainland territories and one overseas, hence the name.
During its foundation, Narjid opted not to create a democratic constitution for the nation and instead vowed to establish a feudal monarchy, declaring himself the Grand Voivode.
